Terms of service
These terms apply to NetCerca's services: building websites and online shops, options and maintenance. By accepting a quote or paying, you accept them. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.
Who provides the service

Services and prices
Services and prices are those published on the prices page. Prices exclude VAT. Before starting, I confirm in writing (WhatsApp or email) what your order includes and its final price.
Payment
Payment is made 100% in advance, by bank transfer or another electronic method, with an invoice. If you are a business or professional, the invoice may include the applicable Spanish income tax withholding (IRPF).
Timeframes
Website: 5 working days. Online shop: about 2 weeks. Timeframes start when I have everything I need (texts, photos, logo and access). If something is missing, the timeframe moves accordingly.
What you provide
The texts, photos, logos and details of your business. You guarantee that you have the right to use them and that your details are correct. I prepare your website's legal texts (legal notice, privacy, terms of sale) as a starting point; your adviser must review them and their content is your responsibility.
Changes
Before going live, one round of changes is included. Anything added later (a new page or feature) is quoted separately, and I tell you the price first.
Ownership
The domain is registered in your name. Once paid, the website is yours. Third-party services (domain, Shopify, email, payment gateway, booking systems) are in your name and at your expense, under their own terms.
Maintenance
The first 3 months are included. After that it costs 249 € + VAT a year and renews automatically every year. There's no commitment: you can stop it whenever you like with a message before the renewal date. If you stop it, your website stays online and you only pay the hosting and domain costs, at cost. The domain is in your name from day one. It includes backups, your changes to texts, photos and prices within a reasonable time, two reviews a year and a visits report every month. It does not include new features or instant support at any time.
Liability
I do everything reasonable to keep your website working well. I am not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services, nor for commercial results or Google rankings, which cannot be guaranteed.
Right of withdrawal
If you order as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. If you ask me to start before they end, you pay for the part of the work already done. If you order as a business or professional, this right does not apply.
Your website as an example
Only with your permission may I show your website as an example of my work.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of disagreement, we talk first; if it isn't resolved, the courts determined by law have jurisdiction.
