Your phone rings
Every request arrives like an app notification, from the “Agenda” icon on your home screen. You see it even while you are with a customer.
You accept with one tap
Tap Accept and WhatsApp opens with the message already written, in your customer’s language. All you do is send it. Your customer adds the appointment to their Apple or Google calendar.
Your day at a glance
Booked in red. Free in green.
A customer asks at the counter or on the phone: you glance at your phone and answer straight away. Today, tomorrow or the whole week.

Log in from your website
At the very bottom of your own website, a small padlock: “Business login”. It works on a computer too.
Add the icon
On iPhone: Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. On Android: “Install app”. The “Agenda” icon appears.
Allow notifications
Open “Agenda” and say yes to notifications. From then on, your phone rings with every request.
You don’t do it alone. We set it up for you: with a PDF guide by email, on a video call, or at your business if you are on the Costa del Sol.

Questions about Cita
Do my customers have to download anything?
No. It’s a web page: they open your link or scan your QR code, and book. Nothing to install.
And me?
Not from an app store either. You add the “Agenda” icon to your home screen from the browser, and you get notifications like with any app. We set it up for you.
Do appointments go straight into my calendar?
No. Every request comes to you and you accept or decline it. So you never end up with two customers at once, or an appointment you can’t keep.
Can I still take bookings by phone or at the counter?
Of course. You add them to Cita in two taps, and your whole calendar stays in one place.
Do I need a NetCerca website?
No. Cita works with your link and your QR code: share it on Instagram, on your Google profile or on WhatsApp. And if you have a website, we add the “Book now” button.
In which languages?
Your customers’ page is in Spanish, English and French, and it accepts phone numbers from any country, with their dialling code.
