What data we process

The ones you give us when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your phone number or email, the name of your business and what you tell us about your project.

And, when you visit the website, browsing data: pages viewed, clicks, device and where you came from. It is collected by our own visitor counter and, only if you accept, by Microsoft Clarity. All the details are in the cookie policy.

Why

To answer you, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, build your website, invoice you and meet our legal obligations.

Legal basis

Your request (pre-contractual steps), the contract when there is one, and legal obligations, mainly tax. For website statistics: our legitimate interest in knowing how it is used (our own counter) and your consent (Microsoft Clarity).

How long

For as long as we work together and, afterwards, as long as the law requires (for example, invoices).

Who it's shared with

With nobody for commercial purposes. Some technical providers are involved: the website hosting (OVH), Microsoft (Clarity) only if you accept, WhatsApp if you write to us there, and the tax advisor for invoicing. If you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages go through WhatsApp (Meta) servers, which may be outside the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use by writing to alex@netcerca.com. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
